We are looking for a consultant who will make an assessment of the ECOboma project performance
Istituto Oikos is looking for a consultant who will make an assessment of the ECOboma project performance. The initiative, funded by the European union, aims to increase vulnerable Tanzanian communities' capacity to adapt to the adverse effects of climate change and contribute to poverty reduction in rural areas
The overall objective is to make an independent assessment of the global project performance, with particular attention to the impact of the project action against its objectives. The evaluation will also identify the strengths and weaknesses, key lessons learnt and best practices and will propose recommendations that will enable local partners and institutional actors to enhance the impact and replicate the experience. The consultant will review project achievements following the common DAC criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability).
