Education and training
Istituto Oikos acknowledges the highest value of education to empower people, to raise public awareness on environmental problems and to promote responsible a lifestyle. In this framework Oikos implements environmental education and capacity building programs for wildlife managers, game officers, rangers and scouts. It promotes environmental education in schools and it creates North-South partnerships to foster cultural exchanges, international solidarity and mutual understanding of sustainable development.
