Istituto Oikos is an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) according to the law 26.02.1987 No. 49 and an ONLUS according to the D. Lgs. 4.12.1997 No. 460, so for the law in force the donation received are deductable from the total income of the provider within the 10% limit of the total income declared and, anyway, for not more that 70.000,00 Euro per year.

For each donation you will receive from Istituto Oikos the receipt to enclose at your income return.
